"5.13.4.7 Deliberate abusive nerfing, bumping, or blocking."
5.13.1 Failure to comply with any of these rules, not limited to items covered in this section, may
result in disqualification by the Race Director. Disqualification may be for a single class or
for the entire event.

Wow ive never noticed it in there, but i remember a guy geting black flaged at the nats last year for holding up another...turns out the race director messed up and the 2 cars were actually battling for position.
