That's right.......the team that brought you the most incredible electric series of the past 3 years is going nitro! Not only are we bringing you an amazing electric series for 07 but now we have added a nitro series to the mix. The J.B.R.L. (Jimmy Babcock R/C Racing League) is proud to introduce the 2007 Offroad Nitro Series which will include 8 different tracks all over Southern California. Bump! Count me in for buggy and truggy! I hope this takes off..with the elec series..there'll be tons of great racing this year!! (BTW...98 degrees is my heat limit this year!!!)

I liked the cold much better than the hot. Running on ice 'twas interesting...but still fun!!! Can't wait for this series...Jimmy is a class act and runs races like a well oiled race directing machine. Once you go Babcock you'll never go back!!

we need 10 min quals!!!!! doubt it though! none the less it will be freakin OFF THE HOOK!!!! im psyched.... can you tell? haha

Looks like I'm getting into 1/8th scale just in time. Your on road series races last year were great. Can't wait to run in nitro series.

7 min quals would be dialed but it does lengthen the day considerably if there are a lot of heats. I'd be up for shorter quals in exchange for longer mains....

First Nitro Poll is up on the web page.

Also all gas qualifiers will be 5 min long.

Mains will be determined by number of entries and how smooth the qualifiers go to leave enough time at the end of the day.

Bottom line is the faster you guys get ready for the quals the more time you will have at the end of the day to run longer mains.

Since many variables will determine how long the mains are they could potentially be a different length at each event.
