Oh my goodness, sorry for any confusion, but Lypos are now again legal for use since some of the teams already purchased them.
Dear Tamiya Enduro Teams,
Due to the fact that teams have already invested money in LIPO batteries and
chargers for this event, we are, once again, allowing the use of LIPO
batteries for the Tamiya/Con 3 Hour enduro.

Once you guys try LiPo, you wil never go back to NiMh. Trust me. They are that good. HobbyHack distributes a great LiPo charger for just $70 called the Pro-Peak Prodigy 2. It's tiny with a backlit LCD display. Does Lipo/LiIon, Nimh, nicad and lead acid. I bought mine locally from Victor Racing.

So who's financing your team? Darn Midgets got a stout piggy bank backing them up...Not to worry TAOB, I'll be working my butt off all throughout the weekend flashing "the" sign on every hobbyshop corner in our vicinity...
hopefully, somebody hears our cry and contributes to our goal of finishing 6th overall...
