I assume you meas for Super Truck because that would not be legal for Spec Truck. the diff must have a "diff action" in Spec Truck.

Yeah Racing makes a spool for the TT01 diffs. TQ has them in stock for $10 (TT-069BU)

correct, for super truck. I just converted my stock so I can switch classes for the last race this season... I believe there was cheating in stock class with tweaked motors at TQ so I was thinking of changing classes anyway... even before the news of closing the track. I think I read somewhere that the YR was not a perfect fit and could generate enough heat to melt the plastic. I have an extra diff so I’m going to lock it with glue and see how it goes. I don’t want to pay $20 for 2.5m oil or $10 for the spool or cc01 gear drives if glue will work. If it doesn’t than I’ll try to cc01 gears.

Hey guys.Seeing as the ETRL Super Truck class is getting more and more popular, I thought it was time to post up a setup sheet for the TT-01E so drivers could record and share their setups. Unfortunately there were none to be found.

So, I created one. This sheet is version 1.0 and covers all the tuning options of the TT-01E, both in stock and modified form. It is also completely editable, meaning you can fill it out right on your computer!

Head over to the ETRL page and download a copy.

Tony asked if I'd share my super truck setup for asphalt, which I am happy to do. The class is a lot of fun! This setup worked well for me at Revelation, but there is plenty of room for improvement.

My setup is described in the attached text file. I've also included a few photos related to the setup, which insist on displaying inline, sigh.

Any word on when the season might start again? Tracks are beginning to open with social distancing.

Tony Phalen only put on the Euro Truck series for one season. Too bad, it was good fun! He has re-started UF1 racing, with a fun Spec LMP support class based on the Tamiya TC-01 chassis. https://uf1rc.com/
