All of a sudden I'm getting Kontera ads popping up all over the site. Some words are highlighted/underlined and when you mouse over them a pop-up ad appears. I'm hoping it's just me, then I've picked up a virus and can go ahead and fix it, but if it is the site.....

They really suck.

We should not be running Kontera. We'll investigate but you may have picked up a bad cookie or something.

Here's the explanation: you must have seen the links when you were not signed in, yes?

Users who come in through a search (google) and are not signed in will see Kontera links. Our own members will not.

Im not seeing those add's but I am seeing them for honda cars and motorcycles and nascar.

The sight, today, has been the slowest that I have seen in several years. sux its going to that... what ever happened to the conversations where the adds were going to be relevant to RC.

Thanks for the reply IBobi, not 100% sure if I was signed in. I haven't seen them since the 30th, so that probably was the issue.

If you see popup ads or rollover ads, screenshot them and send them to me, I will have them taken down.

Again: if you're seeing Kontera it should only be if you are not logged into your account.

If you see them while logged in, there is a problem with the site & you should contact me & we'll take care of that for you.
