I agree with that part - just as long as apples are compared to apples.

The rest is in Internet Brand's hands... I don't have access to any of that.

The banners automatically go to what is in your computers search engine. Has nothing to do with the site.. Funny that your looking at porn though..lol.. I get banners for Sport truck stuff and music stuff. It basically will pop up the most common stuff you have searched in google.. You silly gay porn head

maybe the forums need a update to a newer version since all these spambots seem to be slipping through. They seem to be doing rather well at it too.

Current version of ours is out of date, latest version is 3.7.2 i believe. Maybe its time!

I would not recommend this.

How about a password like this

H9R6ZIZabw64J1 (that is not my password )

This password incorporates upper and lower case letters along with numbers. It has no meaning to me. I see no sense in the configuration. This is why this type of password is much more difficult to guess. There is one flaw......I have around 15 passwords to remember. There is a solution. I choose RoboForm. This is a quote from their website.

Easy: Automatically memorizes your passwords and logs you into websites.
Saves Time: Fills long registration and checkout forms with one click.
Secure: Encrypts your passwords, fights Phishing, and defeats Keyloggers.
Strong: Generates random passwords to protect you against hackers.
Portable: RoboForm2Go runs from a USB flash drive.
PDA-friendly: Sync your passwords to Pocket PC and Palm.
Robust: Works with Internet Explorer, AOL, MSN, and other browsers.
Always Current: Fully compatible with IE 7 and Vista.
I have only used this great free program as a password manager. It does this well.

Hard to believe it but there are still people that use their user name as their password. I think this how the PM phishing scams got a toe hold.

doesn't matter what happens, the fact of the matter is that spam bots can easily register and post. forum software!

Many forums just ban all of china to get rid of the spam. Why? because these machine/spammers can automatically sift their way through registration. Ever notice on some vb boards that they all enter a 1 in many of the fields?
