Default lifo battery advice needed

hello, just got two 6.6v, 1000ma life batteries and im using a fusion smart guard 3, battery tester. when the battery is a 6.62 volts, the tester says its at 47 percent charged and the transmitter RX reading is only 2 bars out of 6.
they are charged using a balanced charger.

any reason both measuring devices says they are only half charged, thanks

Because that's their nominal voltage, not their fully charged voltage. Just like a LiPo has a nominal voltage of 3.7V per cell and is fully charged at 4.2V per cell.

LiFe is fully charged at 3.6V per cell, so for a 2S battery, that's 7.2V.
