I have a Team Checkpoint TC1030 Charger and 20A power supply, along with balancing boards. It's an older charger (bought it in 2007), but it works well and chargers NiCds, NiMhs, and LiPos. It has a 10A max charge rate, but will only allow you to charge LiPos at 1C - as long as you aren't in a hurry, it works fine and safely. The charger is in almost new condition and has been very well maintained.

I'm asking $60 shipped for the whole thing (charger, balancers, and power supply).
