WTB: basic LiPo charger and 2s LiPos for a friend just getting into LiPo's

Just what the title says, I have a friend that just got his first couple of LiPo's and needs an affordable charger. Here is what we are looking for:
Can balance charge at a few amps (5amps would be ideal)
It has a LiPo storage function
Can charge both LiPo and NiMH packs

LRP Pulsar 3, $70 shipped. Charges and discharges up to 10 amp. 4 memory modes. Does Lipo and NiMh. Looks and works like new.

Think he is just going to buy an accucell-6 from hobbyking since it's $30 new
