Default RC On A Budget

As the topic says, I have a budget of $500 to get back into the
hobby. Everything would have to be RTR, and I would need a LiPo
charger. I'm looking for either 12th scale onroad or 10th scale offroad. I'm looking to buy in mid-May around the 15th. I may be able to up the budget to
$600 dependent on the combo.

Thanks!

dude $600 will get you a nice ready to run combo and charger and lipo's NEW you could buy any of the associated 1/10 electric offroad brushless rtr's and then some charger and lipo's, i just went to amainhobbies to see what the price range is and i put this stuff in my cart for $370: t4.1 rtr brushless(you dont have to get this exact chassis it was just for an example), two eco power lipo batteries hardcase, 5000mah 30c and an eco power charger this would be a way better choice then buying used and you still have money for tires, body, extra parts tools, or possibly a better radio if wanted

I had been looking at 8th scale on and off road as well, that's probably why I put 500 down.

he is right. you could even buy 8th scale electronics on here for used and then go buy a new 8th scale race roller. you would have a bomb ride! just get a losi SCTE rx8 and pro 4!
