Looking for belt-drive touring car on the cheaps

Looking to build a car for the girlfriend and don't need anything super fancy. I'm not looking to spend over $150 and want to deal with people local to the Bay Area. I'm looking for the following rollers...

HPI Sprint 2
Hot Bodies Cyclone
Tamiya TA-05
Yokomo BD (not likely, but whatever)
Anything comparable and cheap
