Cheap way
You could always just use one from a computer...A PC power supply. There are some good videos on youtube to show you how. The one I pulled out an old computer was good for 12v@22amps. Way more than I need, but has served its purpose for a few years now...maybe I cheap but why not. I can even run two chargers off of it.
