WTB Charger that does NIMH/LIPO

Looking for a charger that will do both NIMH and LIPO and must be both AC and DC power. Let me know what you got and how much for it. Pics are a must.

Thanks for the offer MaxxBashers but I heard that the 977 doesnt have a lipo cut off and will blow up batteries if you dont shut it off yourself at the right voltage.
