As you are finding out .12 motors are getting scarce!
Amain hobbies sells what you are looking for $129. That is a good price for a motor! The Novarossi you wanted is almost twice that.

i have an SH .12, has less than a galon through it. I also have a pipe set for it if you need one. I can get you pics of the internals if you want.

Got a GT2 with a like new OS MAX CV power engine with blue header and stock exhaust. Can sell whole truck or pull engine if needed only that.

If interested I have a almost new Rear Exit OS MAX .12TS Non-Pull Start. I don't have the exhaust for it, But I do have the Manifold/header. Pm me if interested .. Also I have A few other OS Max engines too! From the .12CV - .18CV
