Tools and charger

What tools are they in the picture? Also, what amp can you charge at on both ports?

The green tool is an Integy 17mm for 1/8 buggy wheel hexes. The blue is a Team Associated ride height gauge. The loose but driver is a Dynamite 5/16 & the others in the package are 9/64 hex driver. As far as the charger goes, I believe it'll charge 10 amps at each port & the power supply is a 25 amp power so it should be able to do both ports at 10 amps each.
