WTS: Slash 4x4 with Lots of Extras
Hey all. I've never really been into RC forums other than browsing for tons of info and such, but it's time to sell all my stuff. I've got money that needs to be spent elsewhere.
Here's what it all started out as a Slash 4x4 rolling chassis with the following upgrades:
- Stainless screw set
- RPM a-arms (front and rear)
- RPM shock towers (front and rear)
- RPM bumpers (front and rear)
- RPM hub carriers
- Clear motor mount cover
- Black shock springs
- Proline Renegade black wheels w/ Proline Trencher tires
When it arrived I added the following to make it run:
- Castle Mamba Max Pro Short Course Edition (2400kv) motor and ESC combo (never used the cooling fan and will also come with the Castle Connector to tune the ESC)
- Spektrum DX2E controller and receiver
- (2) GensAce 3s 5000mAh batteries (on one of them the hard shell is cracked, but all the cells are fine, it holds full charge, and I've ran it through several cycles since then)
- Traxxas EZ-Peak Plus charger (looooooove this thing)
Mods I personally added to the car:
- Tekno M6 driveshafts (front and rear, Castle motor and 3s LiPo's shredded the plastic driveshafts consistently)
- Traxxas aluminum shock caps
- Traxxas titanium shock shafts
- Pure-Tech RC battery straps (these work very well)
- Re-mounted the receiver with a Rustler VXL waterproof receiver box
Because I was still planning on being in the hobby for much longer than I was, I bought ANOTHER rolling chassis. As soon as it came in, I completely disassembled it to have a spare parts lot. Very few parts were used (a-arm, diff covers, and a few more), so there are still a LOT of parts left.
Will also come with:
- Several various pinion and spur gears
- Two 75% full shock oil bottles (35wt and 45wt)
- Two unused bottles of Pactra paint (black and white)
- FasMask
- Lots of paint brushes
- Very nice Integy toolset
- A pair of lexan scissors
- Slash Ultimate wheels and tires
- Proline Trencher wheels and tires
- Stampede 4x4 wheels and tires (currently in use)
- Various other wheels and tires
- 2 bodies
- 1 Slash overtray cover (bought the wrong one for a normal Slash)
- 1 Slash 4x4 overtray cover
- Most importantly you can see the massive amount of spare parts there are
- I can also include the orange box I used for storage if you'd like.
I'm well over $1200 total invested in this one setup, so I'd like around $600. The price is negotiable!
