FS: Sakura Zero S w/upgrades
For sale, is a very low usage Sakura Zero S with the upgrades I thought were necessary.
I built the car to run on carpet, so I filled the Diff with 500k diff fluid to give the feeling close to a spool. All of the turnbuckles are the 3racing titanium turckbuckles ($15), as I saw before finishing the kit, the kit turnbuckles wouldn't work. I also put all of the kit bearings in cleaner, made sure all the grease was out and then lubricated them with bearing oil. I also have an extra beginnings to a spool (SAK-08/PK) $8.00, just never bought the rest because I liked the 500k gear diff.
I bought the car to test for our local carpet track, to see if we'd carry it and if it was legitimate chassis for our beginners to use as a cheap chassis to get in. Ran the car in VTA trim, and 17.5 trim and got it to work well in both. I'd say the car has maybe a half an hour of runtime. Add your electronics and go.
I haven't been to the track in a few weeks due to work, so I haven't been able to sell it there, but I know I can ship it any day on the way home from work.
So, the prebuilt car, turnbuckles, parts for the spool.
Looking for $110 shipped, prebuilt, with new kit tires, and upgrades. Don't lowball, it's a new kit, with enough time on it to make it work and show locals it was viable. Manual will be included as well.

Wanted to add also that I modified the motor mount to be like my tc6 motor mount so that I could change pinions quickly without having to purchase the vertical motor mount. I now don't have to do anything with the top deck or the spur adapter to change pinions quickly.
