if I remember correctly he is out of Charlotte NC, you could probably stop by and "pick up" your stuff.

How are things in NC? Was born and raised in Fayetteville. Heard that place has grown like crazy.

I am about 100 miles away from him or I would try to track him down. This is the first deal that I have had any problems getting material or answers. Like you I have contacted Paypal.

I am in the raleigh area and you would not believe how much it has grown. I moved from charlotte to raleigh in 1982 and the growth is out of control. We still do not have a descent track in the area, I have to drive at least 1 hr. I just bought a used xray t1 and hope to run it this weekend

i used to live in Raleigh when I went to NC State. was pretty nuts then, I can only imagine how it is now. North Carolina is a great state to live, but, problem is everyone figures that out and wants to live there. The weather up here keeps people away but the life around here is very nice.

I remember there used to be a track north of Raleigh I think that was like in a big barn out in the country? They used to run stadium trucks oval on an asphalt like surface? This was awhile ago so who knows if it is still running but the racing was fun.

I have tried countless times to get in touch with him to no avail. I have since reported him to Paypal and I am attempting to get back my $100.00. I sure hope he isn't dead or something horable like that. I just think it is wrong for this guy to lie and steal after he has 850+ postings here in RC Tech. That takes some time but a guess some people are born crooks. I will now report him to Shane here on RC Tech.

Default Material not shipped

I was also taken in by this guy selling out. I paid for a motor and he never shipped it. I filed with Paypal and they refunded my money. Hopefully they will rule the same way in everyone else's favor.

After this instance and one othere of a money order not showing up, I only do business with PayPal
