not interested in any trades rite now & no it does not come w/ a transponder.

Yes, this was designed from the ground up as a Late Model it is not a Buggy converted into a Late Model and the frt & rear arms are adjustable all 4 wheels are independently adjustable... just about everything on the car is adjustable.
It's really a Great design and is Super Fast and handles incredible.

Let me clarify the wheels that it comes with.....
One set of Ofna rubber tires & wheels, the ones in the pics.
And Two sets of John's BSR Racing Foams, one set well used and one set almost brand new
