I'm guessing Pesos since it says that he is in Makati which is in the Phillipines. A little homework shows that they use Pesos there. Not sure what that equates to in US Dollars though. I'm sure a little more homework would give that answer too.

9500 PHP or Philippine Pesos is roughly 209usd

just for the hell of it 9500 (MXN) or Mexican Pesos is roughly 754USD...crazy.
