I believe it was parcel post and I did buy a lipo from him aswell and they both came. I have had things in the past take 10 days in the mail alone. I'm giving him a little time to get back to me about pinion mistake.

I still have not heard anything back in 10 days now. He has logged in to this website at least a couple of times since I wrote him so I KNOW he is just choosing to not respond. Thats the main reason I started the paypal claim. He has not responded to the paypal dispute or now claim either. There is way too many people not getting stuff for this to be a simple mistake tho. T

Did you ever recieve any of the stuff you purchased from nights1000? So far I have found at least 5 others that have been scammed by him this month. I paid 18 days ago and just wanting to see if there are others he has screwed. He finally replied to me on 17 jan (7 days after payment) when I kept asking for tracking info and ship date, that his buddy was supposed to ship them and didnt and that he was now in possesion of them and was going to ship asap. Then he didnt reply for 11 days and today he sent everyone the same msg that some other guy was supposed to ship them and that he just got in possesion of the stuff today and would ship soon. So its the same story he told me 11 days ago. When I asked him about it he wouldnt reply now. So just FYI, if you havent recieved it I would do a paypal claim while you can. Thanks, T.

Will report back if I get my tracking number, otherwise I too will consider this a scam and be forced to take action.

Wow, I wonder how many others there are out there that has paid for stuff and in our same situation with this guy. I opted for the refund instead of another chance to ship it but havnt got that either. 21 days since payment.

i heard from him today and he said he had some Funked up stuff happen in the last couple weeks. He told me he would ship tomorrow, but time will tell. I will update if i hear from him tomorrow!!

I was provided a UPS tracking number this morning for my stuff. It appears to be legit and is scheduled for delivery 02/04/2010.
I'll let everyone know what happens on the 4th....
