yes it can be, will include all the parts to convert it back to tub chassis IFS-R.

Whats the condition of the bottom of stock chassis? Will the car come with VTA Rolling stock and Body?

sorry dave, I'm not racing VTA anymore. Tires are shot. I can take a picture of it but it never touch asphalt.
