Vintage Traxxas Hawk in sweet condition For Trade
This will be long winded!! I am looking to trade for a scale crawler, RTR, a nice roller, some 1.9 aluminium scale beadlock wheels and tires, Novak Rooster crawler or Goat crawler ESC and motors, radio and recievers. I am really open to anything scale crawler related. May even consider trading for a F103 or F104. Just shoot me some offers and we can go from there.
So I have for trade a vintage Traxxas Hawk in sweet condition and all stock. It is only missing the spur gear cover and one of the front shocks will need to be replaced as it is in several parts and the shock body and shock cap are not fixable. I saw some shocks on Ebay so they are out there. The body is a little rough and brittle but it is all stock and looks just like the box art photos I have seen. It is all Original and even has the Traxxas 2018 vintage servo's for steering and the mechanical speed control, it will also come with another mechanical speed control and a Futaba FP-S28 Indirect drive servo attached to that controller. It has very few scratches on it which can be seen in the pictures, still has the Original serial number on the bottom. Also has the Traxxas Digital Proportional radio control system 2015 with the (BEC)battery elliminator circuitry all original. No cracks in the chassis or arms, no bent links or turnbuckles, drive shafts move smoothly. It shows like it was used very very little and has the original stock tires and rims on it, one front tire has a crack in it, could be fixed easily. I charged up a battery and ran it in my garage and it all worked great. I did not take it apart and clean it, I will leave that to the person that gets it. I don't want to break anything or change it from it's vintage quality that it is in right now. Will also come with some vintage motors, not sure if any of them work but a few of them are from the same generation as the Hawk is and maybe they could be restored and used in the Hawk. I also Just picked up a front set of shocks brand new in the bag, Traxxas part number 4260. Shock bodies are black but are the same exact size and everything, just have to use the springs from the Hawk. The reason I am adding these to the trade is so whomever gets this will have some shocks to use while trying to find a replacement for the one that is broken. I also would like to mentiion that this thing just needs a nice cleaning and would be in shelf queen condition.
I would like to trade it for a scale crawler. Or I will sell it for 125 shipped to the lower 48 PayPal only.
