You said its not like someone claims to have this kind of speed everyday, that is the reason people are so skeptical. I am a firm believer in the phrase "prove it". I have had rc cars hit 80 before, and that was a challenge to get that.

I'm not saying this was easy to do. It took a lot of setup time and design time. I took this car to the ISC speed competition at Rockihham N.C. and got 86 mph out of that right before the plastic gears shredded. If they held up it would do 100 easily. The problem is around here there arent any roads smooth enough to get up to that speed. But it seems like many other people have places smooth enough to get it to higher speeds. This car can run in the 80-100mph range no problem.

This is more powerful than the setup Nic Case used to go 134.4 mph.

Here is data from a test session, Multiple 80 mph+ runs until the gears stripped:

Here is a more detailed view of the 86 mph run:

This car will do over 100 MPH no question. There is a guy in Sweden (Vassmar) who hit 126 MPH with a stock TC4, Mamba Max 7700 motor and some hot 5s lipos. Once you get passed 80 MPH is a game of aerodynmics. Watch the video and become a believer.

After you see and hear the run you won't even bother converting kph to mph.
I am currently working on a high speed project and have followed both these builds closely.

I too dont understand why people think 100 mph is hard to come by, We have a Team Walbern Electric Pro Mod and we use a mamba maxx 7700 KV set up on a 4 sell LiPo and have run into the 1.5s at 102 mph and that was done in 132 feet. so 100 MPH is not to hard to come by

This car is designed to be almost like a full size GT car. It can go fast for extended periods of time. Its built to be robust. Not just 1 run, but multiple 100mph+ passes can be made on a charge.
