Can this be bent at a slight angle? Maybe 15deg or so.

yeah, the kickup on the front of a chassis, I would assume it could be done after the chassis was cut out

Default kickup

Either that or make a wedge that went under the front diff case. If I wanted to manufacture a chassis with kick-up, I would make a mold with the kick-up in-it then that would eliminate secondary machining. So the caul plate that you laying your carbon fiber on would have the kick-up in it. I hope that answers your question.

it answers my question perfect. What is your price on a sheet that is big enough for a 1/8 scale chassis

You'd have to have it in the mold for it to be all CF. You can transition to the factory aluminum nose with kick-up at the steering posts, though. Machine the aluminum and the carbon fiber to half thickness right at the steering posts and have the one overlap the other and they're bolted together by the posts themselves.

Default machining

Most of the time to get an angle or a curve you would build a mold with the correct geometry. It dosent have to be uniform in thickness when molding if you are using a matched mold or a vac bag.

Guys pm or call me its to hard for me to keep up.

So $8 shipped for a 8"x4"x.75mm piece? If so, I am interested.

It was a question. I did not understand the pricing. I thought it was $8 for the piece that makes mud guards, which is 4"x8". Your pricing isn't exactly clear... it should be $1 for every square inch, or what ever you want the price to be. That makes it easier to understand.

How much do you want for a 4"x8"x.75mm piece?
