This is a Dynamite DYN4053 Vision Peak Ultra AC/DC Battery Charger. This versatile charger charges 1-8 cell NiMH and Nicad Battery Packs, and 1-3 cell Li-Po (Lithium Polymer) batteries. It features adjustable charge rates of .1A-2.5A for Li-Po batteries, and .1A-5A for NiMH and Ni-Cad batteries. The multi-function LCD display shows charge time, current, voltage, and peak voltage. Best of all, it is AC/DC, so you can charge batteries in the field off of your car's 12V battery and charge batteries at home by plugging it into any 110V AC house socket.
