The RC8 does not qualify for free shipping on carolina. So you would pay shipping on top of the 449.99.

I have an MTX4 kit number T0050 that I'm willing to trade. It's partially built but never run and includes a NIB body and several hop up parts, i.e. TT turn buckles, carbon battery tray, aluminum servo mount and brake pulley. Plus I have several NIB foam tires.

Only if you live where they are located... Otherwise, no you don't pay tax. So for most of us that have posted, we won't have to pay a sales tax when we order from them.
There is really no point in arguing this. Call and talk to them. Ask them if someone from Montana orders an RC8 from them, do they have to pay tax....
Plain and simple.....
