I bought this used a while back. I thought I was going to be racing carpet oval this winter, and it didn't work out. Works perfectly! This thing still had the protective plastic on it when I bought it. It still looks almost new! Fantastic condition. It will come with everything it came with new (manual, AC and DC cords, and box).
