It is probably the gear and you do not have to send it back in for repair, you can order the plastic gear that is broke in it. Here is a link on KO's site for the gear that is probably broke: http://www.shopatron.com/product/par....605.496.0.0.0
. If you have a local shop that deals with HRP they may have it in stock and cheaper then the link I gave you. It really is not hard to repair it for that plastic gear is made to break to protect the rest of the servo. I would take it and fix it myself, but don't need anything with that much torque.
