Default How to do paint drips?

I have a rough idea how this is done, but I was curious if anyone has any tips on how to replicate the type of paint drips used on this Bittydesign body (notice the black paint drips/streaks in the green area):

Or a toothbrush bristle flick. Some guys use their fingers dipped in paint to flick the big globs. Then drag a toothpick through the big drops for the streaking lines.

Such technical terms in there!

Thank you! That's the part I wasn't quite sure how to pull off. I figured I wouldn't get very straight/consistent lines if I just try to drip in a streak... but the toothpick makes perfect sense.

Another related question... Can you safely back dried paint with liquid mask? Trying to figure out how to get those rough black stripes separating the green/white. I'm assuming a narrow paint brush was used, then the green/white were painted after.

I use a antenna tube. Just dip it in the black and flick it on. The tube holds just a little paint. That been the best method for me.
