Just guessing out loud (GOL?) here, but I would think most wrap guys keep their templates to themselves. The template is the base of a product that fits well, and sets his product apart from his competitors. If he sells the base template, it's setting up a potential competitor in the future.

I may be wrong, but you may have a hard time getting the template, unless it's from someone who really isn't "in the business".

Default Just throwing it out there

Just throwing it out there, but why not buy a over the counter wrap, scan it, vectorize the lime image and then cut it on your own plotter? Seems to be the easiest way to get the template.

No one wants to give up wrap templates.

or do like they do...

1) obtain said body
2) put tape (or scrap vinyl) on the body
3) cut out the lines to fit
4) scan
5) plot

Vinyl guys work very hard to do what they do. Why exactly would they just give you their work?
