Looks great, like a Brain Kinwald body with the drips going the opposite way, sorta.

Awesome job! Its just a tad too much CF look for my tastes really, I like CF more for small areas not for the whole thing.... but you really pulled it off nice!

Care to share how you painted the CF?

The CF is a thin LACE that is layed down like a mask over the body. And is this KING bodies... as in... Slot car king bodies? That RC looks the same style Just please tell me Lee Gilbert isnt getting into RC... lol

Ian_da_bomb: Thanks. Is the lace material sprayed or coated with some sort of adhesive then adheared to the inside of the body to prevent it from moving?

from what I have read, a good "lace" is that mesh that is layed over the screw holes in drywall. you can probably get it at Kmart.

or I think they make that really thin rubberized stuff to hold rugs in place, that might work too.

Pit: picky, picky!

King: I like the round mesh pattern. It's a change of pace to the "regular" square mesh. You could probably get a good snake pattern with that mesh if you use the right color combination (hint, hint!)
