Here are the two top to bottom:

So the hood is different. Don't know if the rest of the body is or not? I think the 'Cuda nose comes in more to a point and the Dodge is a big more square.

Thomas is good kid, and a better driving as far as getting the hang of it. When he gets it down we are all screwed. That body looks really nice on top of that.

Rattle can special. Probably one of the last paintjobs with pactra paint Stripes are painted too. Hood and rear was painted from inside, then sandblasted on outside for the flat finish

P.S. its up for grabs in for sale section

So much for a cool VTA "scheme" on mine. Did it up quick. Wanted it to look like a street car. Thus the sticker set that I got has headlights.

I'm posting this here in the VTA thread because I think most people will be buying this body for VTA, but I've got it currently on a TT-01. It fit the wheel base better. To get this body to fit on my Spec-R, I was going to have to cut the wheel wells not on the cut lines.

Haven't cut the body posts down yet as I have another body for that car that needs taller posts.

Yeah, going to run it tomorrow in the local "house spec" class. We run TT-01s with a silver can and the better drivers are right about even with their VTA times. But a whole lot harder to drive.

We had a couple guys running this McAllister TransAm already in VTA so I was able to see where the weak spots are in the body. So I've shoe gooed the hell out of it.

Oddly the point on the nose will take a beating and the body will crack there.

chief,

The white w/ red stripes is so clean and looks simple (but I struggle w/ stripes and always butcher hood scoops) nice job.

Cool... Did you paint or dye the wheels?

Half a bottle of the Rit liquid and hot water in one of my wife's glass casserole dishes (doesn't stain glass).

I dye all of my wheels now. So easy. No problems with gluing the wheels to the chrome either.
