Yes but the chrome must be applied last and backed with water based black OR lay chrome thin and back with spaz black backer and don't spray thick water base paint over it, or when peeling next layer it wants to lift the chrome.

Yes paint it last then cover with spaz black backer for chrome let dry then you can coat inside with your protector like krylon or whatever you use. If not cates with spaz black backer then the krylon can dull the chrome.
