Here is my 2nd and 3rd attempt with airbrushing and my first time using Fasmask.
I did the buggy first and tried painting it out at the range shop during a pistol match and had to many interuptions, forgot my shadows and had a couple slip-ups so I made the truggy match it. I had outlines cut in the stripes but chickened out before painting them.
Don't know if I didn't have the mask on thick enough or if it was the 114 degree heat that made it a little tough to work with.
I put on 5 coats with a foam brush but I don't think they were heavy enough.

Finished today
The Military theme came from my last version i had on my slash, but it seemed better suited to have this theme for my more powerfull & 4WD E-Slater conversion so i ended up redoing it and changing it up a little.
I cant wait to get it on the track to take away some of the glossy-ness of the new body ;P
The fans are 40mm CPU/Chipset computer fans and yes they do work. They are on there mainly for look, as 1) i dont think they offer any real cooling advantage, and 2) im sure in a few weeks of track time they will probably stop working anyhow ;P
but they look neat i thought! ;P

It's so angry! I love it! It took me a second to recognize it as an R35. A very fitting scheme for the lines and angles of the GTR.
Thanx,
Very nice compliment, lets hope the customer likes it too.
