How long time does it take to finish a "Rush Job" ?

I always find my self spending WAY to much time on even a simpel paintjob

This one took between 1 to 1.5hours from clear body to finished, mounted and cut.

Default Mounting bodies

Hey guys, all of these paint jobs are truly amazing !! but how do you get them mounted when you paint them before mounting them?

Thanks

they sell little spikes that go on the body posts and when your happy with the position, you push down and it puts little dimples to ream the holes.

I use a little bit of white paint (whiteout) on each post, and it works fine for me

not as accurate as reaming the holes before painting though

If you use the same body more than once, cut the roof and mounting holes off the old body, then you have a template for the next one. You can also put a light under the body while resting on the car and most of the time you can get a shadow on the top to mark the holes if the paint isn't caked on.
