Here is a pic of me latest body. Not great yet but I get better every time. I sort of quit hitting things so often tho so bodies last longer and my painting skills are suffering.

what did you do to get that effect with the purple?

Put a few drops of paint on the body, blow it around with a straw, then back it with white (airbrushed) to lighten it.
I used createx flourescent raspberry, opaque purple and white for the drops. You'll have to experiment with it a little until you get used to the color.
here's an older example using blue and whit, although almost any color works...
