here's one I did for a 90 min entry. All paints are Pactra. This was my first time using Bob Dively's.

Here's another one I did not too long ago. All graphics are done by a bristle brush. No masking of any type was used. I got the inspiration from the Cartoon Network. I was just tired of seeing flames, drips, and pin stripes and wanted to do something different.

It's not so much off road that made the Courage body so much fun, to me, it was getting back to some basics and hand painting. To me, there's something about having a Grumbacher brush in my hand. It's much more challenging than masking, and much more personalized. I just wish my hand didn't shake so much.

I've been playing with the idea of doing a good anime body. I really enjoy the artwork put into those movies, but it'll be interesting to find a good paint scheme I can work with. Who knows, it might be something to challenge even Charlie

you know...its funny how my animation instructors dog on Anime...i have no idea why...besides the characters having big eyes, OMG..thier action scenes are superd, their backgrounds are awesome, and thier costumes are far beyond what us US animators have done..even now they are adding 3d animation to anime, i think they do an awesome job. I just think my instructors are snobs@!
