LVBaja, "Awesome stuff Jim. Bet this one took quite a bit of paint, heh? "

LOL, that sucka took a TON of paint! It was fun though not having to work in a 1.5 inch area like on some of the 1/10th bodies.

RC Lidz, tha camo body is my fav. Looks like a little time in them all though, proabably $900 worth of paint in the three for not nearly that much money though???

I have a TON of customers start out describing that kind of paint, then as we get into pricing they pull back on items to get it under $100, almost every time. But they are fun when someone will let you do one!

Default Thank you Chris Moore

Without you helping me out with the vinyl Chris I would have never been able to pull it off as well .Thank you very much.I had a piece of lexan flash I cut into a wave to make a sheild to do the flag bit.A little trick I found in a book at the library about airbrushing.

Darrin, that is by far my favorite body of yours. It is completely clean, original, and very well executed!

very nice

Jim, those bodies took awhile to do. Didn't get 9 bills for them, but they weren't cheap either

Great job on that one PIMP. I love the shading on the American Flag.

Default Tom Cellos Baja 5B

I finally broke down and sold my Baja 5B. Those of you that know me know that when I got back into racing in early 2008, I didn't have an 8th scale nitro, but raced the Baja 5B in the Monster Truck class (hence the screen name "LVBaja"). It was fun until I realized how great the 8th scale nitros handled, and the Baja has been quietly waiting in the garage ever since. Anyway, I sold it to Tom Cellos, and here's a new body for it. Tom picked the colors and the scheme.

Cool pink color, is that custom mix? Looks a little like one of the Auto Air colors.

Thanks. It's Fasfluorescent Pink backed in selected areas with Fasfluorescent Violet (shading on the flames), then the whole thing was backed in white.
