Painting a Body....Hourly Rates?

I have been looking for someone do paint a nice body for me, with a specific design in mind based off of a real car. I have the paint, decals, and the bodyset, but not the ability to paint it myself. Where would I go about looking for someone to do this for me? Would anyone here be interested?
