The shock oils are rated more like diff oils (3K being the lowest, 10K being the highest offered by FG).

I believe my car came with 45 shore fronts, 40 shore rears. My tires are PMTs whereas the newer cars seem to be coming with GRPs. We will all be playing with setups more or less at the track. It will be fun for sure so let put on a good show for the rest of the racers this weekend!!
Do you know what oils come in the FG Sportsline Stock? Diffs or shocks?

I feel your pain on this Rockin G. I had a programming issue with my Futaba 3PK as far as what to assign as a third channel for the fail safe/kill switch. The book wasn't too clear on it so I poked and hoped around and finally got it working.

Hope to see you and Acting Bad tomorrow along with the guys I have been working with here in Dallas.

Raced 5th scale for the first time at the Rendon track in the second SWCS race of the season. Had five guys to show up and race in the class. Had at least 4 cars on the track in any given qualifier (someone each round had some small issue to keep them off the track). Everyone, including fellow racers and spectators, had fun either running or watching these behemoths lumber around the track. Mains are on Sunday and already all participants can't race till the next Rendon race to run!!

Had a blast. I don't regret this even one bit. In fact, I encourage more to get involved. The RTR price is on par with a well equipped smaller scale car once you buy everything for it. At close to 25 pounds, they are only a couple to a few seconds off pace to the gt8s. On this large track, you miss the 2 speed transmission, but in reality, they work awesome the way they come out of the box. Thumbs up...WAY UP!

Here is a pic of the Texas 5. We hope more will join us down the road but we are the core, the originals that laid it down in Texas at the Rendon track with the 5th scale cars. See you next Rendon race.

I know it's early, but do the Texas 5 plan on attending the Texas Biggie with 1/5 scales?
