Very interested!
Would like to know if anything carries over from the 5ive-T?

looks cool. 4wd for a grand, not bad at all.

Don't know much about the losi 5ive-Ts, but I have heard the hex is different than 24mm? wonder if that is the case, does this use 24 or the same thing?

In the 17 minute video,(14:39) they say the wheels from the 5ive will fit.

Good thing I don't have a place to run one of these or I'd end up buying one haha!

If anything could get me into 1/5 scale, it would be this buggy.

I think if a kit version comes out sometime next year, then I might get into this thing. I really like my savages, but this thing would be awesome to work on.

I'd like it a lot more if it was ACTUALLY based on a 5ive-t, or even a Losi design at all. It shares no parts because it's not a Losi designed vehicle and has nothing in common at all with the 5ive besides a gas motor. It may turn out to be good, but because it's an asian design, and really has none of the bloodline of the Losi vehicles whatsoever, it's definitely not a guarantee.

Negatives that can be seen right off the bat: some weird shock piston settup that uses 3000wt oil, no bladder in the shocks, chincy shock caps, chincy linkages, plastic clutch carrier, undersized servos, near zero linkage adjustability, and plastic towers.

Pros: Maybe the big 5th scale races will finally have a 4x4 buggy turnout.

The prototype to this was shopped around months ago:http://largescalenews.com/2013/03/al...on-whos-is-it/

Wink

Well, looks like Losi didn't like the big silver muffler, they ended up going
with a can muffler, very much smaller, of course.
Hey, at least the wheels will interchange
