1/5 scale touring car tires

anyone know if there is a good tire that would work well for running my car on the not so nice streets around the neighborhood. something that wont be so loose.

the asphalt is not to bad but its not the nice smooth stuff like a parking lot. a lot rougher and prabably a little bit of loose sand
