ey wassup guys, i was wondering abuot the car. it seems pretty kool that you can drive 1/8. i just have some questions
-is it worth the money?
-are there any hop-ups? i saw in the hpi website this car was on the discontinued side
-i have a ss5800, will gearing be a problem?
-does the car feel different comparing to a 1/10?
-wat other companies make bodies and wheels for this scale?
-is there a carbon fiber chassis?
-are parts hard to find?

I'm in the process of trying to procure my own copy of the Super RS4. It's been TOUGH finding one! Towerhobbies had apparently had some on order initially and then suddenly it was discontinued and they no longer had any on order. So I had to call all the hobby stores in the area plus search a few other areas. I think I may have finally found one.
I guess my question to you would be the same as the last posting. Are there any hop-up parts worth getting for the Super RS4? I currently have the Pro 4 with the SS5800 motor. I also have a 17T and a 10T motor too. I'm mulling over the possibility of putting the SS5800 in the Super RS4 and the 10T in the Pro 4 or should I go the other way around? What do you guys think?
I considered getting the Super Nitro RS4 but I already have two other Nitro cars and wanted to try electric for a change.

Maybe because HPI Screwed up, and screwed us over.
The Super RS4's were FANTASTIC cars! They were availble for a very short time here in the U.S., but you couldnt ever get spare parts. Now Its discontinued.

well most parts came from the rs4, so most ras4 parts are compatible. and they sell parts at their website. check the part numbers they should be almost the same.

No Belts, or Chassis. Both Broken on mine. Dog Bone Missing.

dat suks ass. try goin to penguin rc, ask them if they can create a chassis for u. also teh hpi super rally uses the same belt as teh super rs4 so try looking for the rally belts.

I think the Rally is discontinued too though?
As for chassis, I am going to have BMI make some.
