you can use any 2cycle oil, I would not use the cheap stuff from the auto shops. I would recommend using any oils with Castor or Ester.
I use the Motul double ester
Motul 800 Ester Synthetic 2-Stroke Oil

if you are break-in an engine do 25:1, meaning 25 parts of gas to 1 of oil, so if you are are mixing 1 gal of fuel you must use 5.12 oz of oil.
Once you are done with the break-in process you can use 32:1 which comes to 4 oz even.
Some people go all the way down to 50:1 which is 2.56 oz of oil.
So the less oil you use the move performance you get, but at the expense of durability.

I've been having good luck with Klotz Supertechni plate synthetic oil at 25:1 for my 5T. Smells great to!

ive used the AmsOil Pro Saber 100:1 at 25:1 to 50:1 with good results. but it had no to little smell to it. near zero smoke.

i ran Koltz Supertechnoplate. had a decent smell, but was very dirty inside.
ran from 25:1 to 40:1.

i then made the switch to the Maxima Castor 927 or Super M when i cant get the 927. the 927 has a great smell, nearly zero smoke, and my motors are very clean. mixing 25:1 to 32:1 with it.
same with the SuperM but it has less smell and is a full synth.

25:1 to 40:1 should do you very well.

The FG team of Bob Sarnelle and Frank Killam have been using NEO oil with great success for years. It's all I"ve used for the last year--it works great.

Cant go wrong with any of Belray's products either, go to your local motorcycle shop and see what they carry
My guess in the next few years 2cycle stuff is going to start disappearing here in the states

You might wanna check that out, the 2cycle's are being done away with in the US because of the EPA, check out most your new weedeaters alot are 4 stroke, lawnboy also is now 4 stroke, and all most every new dirt bike is 4 stroke, even outboard boat motors.
So before you roll your eye's read what the EPA says about the death of 2 stroke motors in the states, and along with the 2 strokes the oil's that they mix in also

Be that as it may, I don't forsee a flat out ban on 2 strokes happening anytime soon, if ever. They are still the most versatile engine for small application usage worldwide, especially chainsaw usage, portable construction equipment ect..... Besides theres no way in hell their gonna take my Baja way from me. Maybe in states like Mexifornia 2 stroke bans might happen, which is just another reason to my very long list why I'll never live in that state, or others like it.
