The Traktion drive setup will not work in a GT-MP 7.5/777 using the Kyosho conversion. There is not enough room for an adapter and clutch bell.

With the Tekno electric conversion the motor sits in a standalone mount instead of mounting to a machined center diff mount. There is lots of room with their design.

Tekno does not make their E conversion for the MP 7.5 /777 series of buggies. So I bought a DM-1 spec with the possibility of racing electric in the future, the Traktion drive is very slick. I imagine it works very well.

I was talking about the RC Monster sliperential.

To use the TeknoRC accessories on IGT, all you need is their motor mount.

For a speed run, do you guys see any advantage to the 2-speed versus the center diff? Ive gotten 91mph with the center diff but i think thats pretty much maxed out lol

Wow, 91 is fast! The 2-speed may go faster but only if the 2nd gear ratio is taller than what you have now.

I have researched and found that there are options for faster gearing with the 2speed vs the center diff.. Im just having trouble trying to figure out which combos will work??

That protoform body sure looks nice. Similar to a 350Z to me. I like it a lot. BBB, put a photo up one you get the body cut and setup on the body posts.

Haha ive already put it on so its pretty banged up now! But ill post pics.. I had it on a GT conversion so the holes are off for the GT2 chassis. But im buying another one and painting it the exact same way!

Does anyone know where I can find info on what gear combos will work with the 2speed??
