I'm installing the FG quick engine mounts onto my FG Evo right now and i'm stuck on a certain part.
If you goto the following link and look at the picture in the bottom left, it will better help you to understand the problem I am experiencing... http://www.rc-car-online.de/katalog/pages/154.htm
Okay, you see there are the bolts on the engine flange which is part number 7473/2 in the bottom left corner of the page. Well how on earth did they get those bolts in there? Does the engine flange (7473/2) and the gear box flange (7473) come apart somehow? I have already tried to get them apart but it seems impossible and it wont budge, so if the two pieces do infact come apart from each other how do I get them off of each other, and if they do not, how do I get the bolts in there and then actually bolt them into the crank case on the engine?
Thanks

Hey Accord,
Here is the trick! first you have to make sure the hex long set screw, into the engine housing the same depth on all four, then slide all 4 lock nuts into the housing then slide the housing over the long hex set screw then turn the lock nut like 2 turns at a time on each one. The reason to it is you dont have enough room to lock one at a time, you need to kin dof do four at the same time! it would be really nice to have 4 hands at the same time.

Hi guys,
Where are the good 1/5th RC shops in LA area? I need to get a body for practice and race. My CLK DTM is too pretty that I don't want to ruin it.

those motors are nothing more than stock motors blueprinted, I know I spent 500.00 on one of those pieces of junk!

Most motors out there are copys of Ian oddie motors, that being said there is only so much that can be done to the Zenoah motors anyway. the best bang for the buck is the blue fire motor from alro bought directly from the U.K. and motors from Victor Garcia and J.C. mendoza in So.Cal. Ian's motors are way to expensive.
