IronCAD Design Software for SALE - Design your own parts!
I have for sale a full license of IronCAD 3.2 with original documentation (200-300 page manual). I'll also include a cd with the latest software patches for this version.
This is the perfect software for those out there looking to create their own R/C parts. In fact you can create an entire R/C car, there is no limit with this software.
As a curtisy I wrote up some Q and A stuff to answer most questions about the software and myself.
Q. For starters, who are you and why should I believe a thing you say.
A. Hehehe....Well I've been a Mechanical Designer for over 12 years now, and I've been infront of a computer for over 20 years. I have also taught classes on using SolidWorks(another CAD program) at the largest VAR(value added reseller - the guys that sell CAD) in the country. I have mastered the best of the best main stream CAD program out there, SDRC, ProE, and Solidworks.
Q. How did you get this copy of the program?
A. A few years ago, I started my own company designing BMX components. At that time I spent $3990.00 for one seat.
Q. Why don't you keep it?
A. IronCAD is still a great program, but in my new job, I exclusively use Solidworks and ProE. So I've come to the conclusion, it's time to let go and move on. Not to say, I won't go to work for myself again. I just don't see doing it in the next 5 years....I've got to pay off those real cars first....
Q. What is IronCAD, what does it do?
A. IronCAD is top of the line solid modeling CAD(computer aided design) package. It is capable of creating anything, any of the other top of the line packages can create. IronCAD also includes a top-notch photo renderer and animation module built right into the program. Other packages make you pay for those.
Q. Can I create drawings from my 3d solid models?
A. Yes, and more. In the CAD world the word parametric refers to the ability to drive changes from a bottom up or top down architecture. I.E. change your model and your drawing updates!
Q. Can I export and import different CAD files?
A. Yes, to this day, IronCAD has the largest selection of import/export filters. IGES, DWG, DXF, Parasolids, ACIS...
Q. Why use IronCAD over other cheap or expensive CAD packages?
A. Cheap programs are a waist of time and money. Now if you have an extra $4-$5K sitting around, stop reading right now.
Ok here are the details;
I'm asking $350,
That's less than 10% of what I paid. Why, because someone out there needs it more than I need $1500 or $2000. I'd rather give someone a break, I wish I would have gotten one.

Runs on Win95, 98, NT, & 2000
