It appears the supplied gasket for the RD Logics turbo header is not a good fit on the stub exhaust for an OS 12 rear exhaust.

Sunday the motor blew exhaust all over my radio and inside the car. The standard gasket suppliet by RC Logics is black - but has a sloppy fit to the motor.

I read somewhere to use a red gasket for an OS 15

Anybody have a suggestion as to a better header gasket? Who makes them?

You should try the RDL .15 gaskets, they are a little bigger and they might fit. I used to have that problem with picco .12s. Using the .15 gasket helped, but didnt solve the problem completely.
