Default novarossi M .12 engine

Hello I recently bought a mugen mtx3 offline and also got the nova m.12 engine. Thjs is my first race engine. This may sound silly but im having issues tuning it. Im not a noob at all, I own lots of nitros, on and off roads too. And I can tune an engine good. BUt this is beyond me,. It starts fine as ever. Revs fine, but once revved and I let off throttle it goes down in rpms very slowly. Almost seems like a clutch but idk. As I stated this is my first pro motor like this and has a different clutch than what im used to also. I think I may have clutch too tight. Can anyone help me? I have pics of the car and a vid I made to see the issue if interested. Thanks a lot.
